What is Fesy and how does it work?

Fesy is a delivery platform that connects customers with verified couriers. Instead of using formal addresses, Fesy uses Smart Locations - familiar landmarks like shops, hotels, and junctions. You tell us where to pick up and drop off using landmarks you know, choose a courier, and track your delivery in real-time.

How do I place an order?

1. Download the Fesy app from your app store. 2. Sign up with your phone number and email. 3. Enter what you're sending and where using landmarks. 4. Choose a nearby courier. 5. Make payment. 6. Track your delivery in real-time. That's it!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: credit/debit cards, mobile money (Airtel Money, MTN Money, Zamtel), and wallet credits. You can also load money into your Fesy wallet in advance and use credits for faster checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on distance and item type. You'll see the exact price before confirming your order. We're transparent about pricing - no hidden fees. Pay per delivery, or load wallet credits for 10% discount on all deliveries.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?

Yes! Once your order is accepted, you can see your courier's location on the map in real-time. You can also chat with your courier directly through the app and get notifications at each step (picked up, on the way, arriving soon).

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We take care of you. If your package arrives late, damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, you can file a dispute within 24 hours. Our support team investigates and provides refunds or compensation. All our couriers are verified and insured for your protection.

What can't I send through Fesy?

For safety and legal reasons, Fesy cannot deliver: weapons, explosives, drugs, alcohol, hazardous materials, or anything illegal. Packages must be accurate and honest in description. If we suspect illegal content, we may refuse the order and report to authorities.

Is my personal data safe?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all your personal data and payment information. We never share your data with third parties without permission. Your privacy is protected by our Privacy Policy and Zambian data protection laws.

For Couriers

How do I become a Fesy courier?

Download Fesy Work, sign up with your phone number, complete KYC verification (ID + selfie), add your bank details, and set your delivery zones. Our team reviews applications usually within 24 hours. Once approved, you can start accepting deliveries!

What are the requirements to join?

You need to be 18+, have a valid government ID, own a phone, have a bank account or mobile wallet, and have reliable transportation (can be walking, bicycle, motorcycle, or car). You must pass our background check and KYC verification.

How much do couriers earn?

Earnings depend on your tier and number of deliveries. Scout couriers earn 15% commission per delivery. Courier tier earns 18%, and Pro tier earns 22%. Most active couriers earn ZMW 500-1,000 daily as Scout, and ZMW 1,500-3,000+ daily as Pro tier.

What is your tier system?

Scout Tier: New couriers, 0-50 deliveries. Courier Tier: 50+ deliveries, 4.5+ rating, 18% commission. Pro Tier: 200+ deliveries, 4.8+ rating, 22% commission. Higher tiers get priority job matching, better payouts, and dedicated support.

When do I get paid?

Scout couriers receive weekly payouts to their bank account or mobile wallet. Courier and Pro tiers can choose daily or weekly payouts. You can also withdraw anytime via the app if you have reached the minimum amount.

How do ratings and reviews work?

Customers rate your service 1-5 stars after each delivery. Your rating directly affects your tier, job priority, and commissions. Maintain a high rating by delivering on time, handling packages carefully, and communicating professionally with customers.

Can I use my personal vehicle?

Yes! You can use your personal car, motorcycle, bicycle, or even go on foot for light packages. We support multiple transportation methods. Just make sure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy. For cars, you need valid insurance and registration.

What if a customer disputes my delivery?

Stay professional and respond within 24 hours with your side of the story. We protect honest couriers. Our team investigates based on GPS location, photos, and messages. If you followed guidelines and delivered as promised, you'll be protected.

Is there support if I have issues?

Absolutely! We offer 24/7 support for all couriers. Scout and Courier tiers get standard support. Pro tier couriers get a dedicated account manager. Contact support through the app, email, or phone. We're here to help you succeed.

General Questions

Is Fesy available in my area?

Fesy is currently operating in Livingstone. We're planning to expand to other Zambian cities soon. Check the app to see if your area is covered, or contact support to request service in your location.

What devices does the app work on?

Fesy works on both iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. Download from the App Store or Google Play. Both the customer and Fesy Work courier apps require Android 8+ or iOS 12+ to function properly.

Do you have a web version?

Currently, Fesy is available as mobile apps for optimal functionality. We're developing a web platform for desktop users. For now, the mobile app provides the best experience for placing and tracking deliveries.

How does Fesy ensure courier quality?

We verify all couriers through KYC and background checks. Couriers build reputation through customer ratings. Low-rated couriers are put on probation or removed. Customers can rate and review couriers transparently. This system keeps quality high.

What is Smart Locations?

Smart Locations is Fesy's landmark-based address system. Instead of formal street addresses, customers use familiar landmarks (shops, hotels, junctions) that couriers know. This solves the problem of informal addressing in Livingstone and makes deliveries faster and more reliable.
